ABOUT THE RNS-E SYSTEM
Compared to the previous model, the updated Audi RNS-E Navigation Plus DVD-based navigation system loads maps quicker due to a new faster processor. The higher resolution screen show greater map detail and improved graphics. It supports SD/MMC/SDHC cards with capacities of up to 32 GB. With the faster processor, route calculations and re-routes due to prevailing traffic conditions are made quicker. One of the biggest advantages is the compatibility with Audis AMI (Audi Music Interface) showing song titles, artists, albums, play lists info from an attached Apple iPod on the main screen. This ability brings it in line with the integrated MMI systems as found in the model ranges above.

I was dubious, but my wife ordered anyway. The disc turned up promptly and I loaded it into my SATNAV system. The disc read correctly and completed the full installation and update. I have not driven anywhere yet but assume all of the roads etc are updated. For some time now with my old DVD I have experienced route problems with new roads and new one way systems etc. Hopefully this update will cure the problem !...Very happy so far ....!

A great DVD product, but the support offered by this company is outstanding. I think I must have given them the wrong details, so the DVD didn't work properly. I contacted the company who asked me some more specific info and they sent me another DVD with no hesitation or question. The new DVD works perfectly and is a great upgrade on the Audi TT TFSI 2011 system
